Behind my drumset — one of my favorite places to be in the world. This is from yesterday’s Ken Smith jam session. Ken and I were bandmates in The Pastels. 30 years ago at this time, that band had just shot a video which was aired on Japanese TV. We don’t have the same media appeal today that we had then, but we still know how to rock.
